Apply the ROT13 letter substitution cipher

ROT13 is a simple letter-substitution cipher that replaces each letter with the one 13 positions ahead in the alphabet. Because the alphabet has 26 letters, applying ROT13 twice returns the original text — making the same function serve for both encoding and decoding.
While not cryptographically secure, ROT13 is widely used online to obscure spoilers, puzzle solutions, or mildly sensitive text in a way that's easily reversible by anyone who knows what ROT13 is.
Many simple ROT13 sites do the job but are cluttered with ads or require form submissions that feel sluggish. ToolPop converts as you type with zero ads, works offline once loaded, and treats your text with the same privacy standards as all other tools.
